National Simultaneous Story Time - The Truck Cat
Event description
It's storytime at the State Library of South Australia, together with the rest of Australia and we need your help.
Every year a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator, is read simultaneously in libraries, schools, pre-schools, childcare centres, family homes, bookshops and many other places around the country.
Help break last year's record of over 2 million simultaneous readers. Join us in the Treasures Wall reading nook, for the National Simultaneous Storytime. This event is held annually by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA).
We will share this year's story, The Truck Cat, by Deborah Frenkel and Danny Snell and have some fun hands-on activities to do.
You will need to register your child to attend and accompany them to the session.
