COVID-19 Requirements and Personal Health

We value a healthy community and operate with a COVID-19 Safety Plan for the training program and weekend festival. The plan is updated as restrictions change. Please practice good hand hygiene, stay home if unwell and where possible maintain physical distance and consider wearing a mask. If you are travelling to the festival from outside the Byron Shire, we strongly advise that you take a RAT prior to your departure. Should you be displaying symptoms, but test negative you are not to attend the site until you have a negative PCR result. On arrival, please report to the Box Office where you will receive your accreditation after signing a declaration stating you are not feeling any covid-related symptoms. Once on site, if you are feeling sick or unwell, you must immediately notify the Covid Safety Manager and report to the festival isolation area where further instructions will be given. A phone number for the Covid Safety Manager will be provided on arrival. A temporary camping area will be set aside for those needing to isolate.
