National Tree Day

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us improve habitat and food sources for local birds and wildlife down at Picton Sportsground. Council has been planting trees and shrubs over the last 10 years to help to provide shelter, habitat and a windbreak and stabilise creek banks. These plants are establishing well and we are looking to do some more planting of other species of grasses, groundcovers and shrubs to diversify the area and provide even more food sources for native fauna.
