National Tree Day at Greythorn Park
Event description
You are invited to help celebrate National Tree Day by joining Friends of Greythorn Park for a planting day event. Volunteers have prepared this site for planting and Council will be supplying trees and shrubs. All you need to do is turn up ready to plant!
Morning tea will be provided to enjoy after the planting session. Please bring gloves and a trowel (if you have these), a kneeling mat (if needed) and wear appropriate footwear.
When: Saturday 16th August 10am - 11.30am
Where: Please meet in Greythorn Park at the BBQ area near the pavilion.
Children are welcome to attend but must be supervised by a guardian.
