Sat, 1 Nov, 6:30pm - 9:30pm AEDT

Event description

Join ecologist Rob Gration on a walk and talk where we hope to trap some bats to identify and release, spotlight some rikali and learn more about our nocturnal natives. All just one night after Halloween!

We will set some traps, share a sausage sizzle and learn from Rob before heading out in the dark to check traps and try spotlighting some rikali and hopefully some bats feeding over the water.

Date and time: Saturday 1 November 6:30pm - 9:30pm

Location: Toorourrong Reservoir Park, 120 Jacks Creek Rd, Clonbinane.

*Note - meat and vegetarian sausages will be provided, along with bread and sauce. You are welcome to bring additional food to eat for dinner.
