Event description

Join Three Little Birds for a vibrant and flavour-packed journey into the world of First Nations cuisine and drinks, hosted at Third Space Collective — a speciality coffee and micro roastery in the heart of Woolloongabba. Known for its rotating single origins, light bites, and community-driven events, it’s the perfect space to gather and learn.

Discover native ingredients you can grow in your own garden and use in everyday cooking. Watch Chef Chris share his culinary secrets as he demonstrates how to create mocktails that celebrate the unique tastes of Australia.

The experience also features a native mocktail tasting, including Lemon myrtle bitters, an Ooray sour, and a Burnt pineapple and saltbush margarita — showcasing how bushfoods can shine in every part of a meal.
