Native Edible Garden Workshop

Native gardens provide food and shelter for all the species we share our spaces with and can enhance and compliment our own food and kitchen gardens. Join Urban Grow in this fun, engaging workshop, where we will explore some edible native alternatives and additions to your food growing experience and learn how to bring diversity into the garden and our diets. Participants will also help plant out the garden's new mobile garden trailer as part of Rhodes Community Garden Open Day.

This workshop is part of Grow Our Green Spaces, a City of Canada Bay campaign helping the community increase native vegetation and tree canopy across our suburbs. Through plant giveaways, workshops, and a gardening competition, we’re empowering residents, schools and local landholders to build a greener, cooler, more biodiverse city.

Don’t miss your chance to get expert advice and give your green space the best start!
