Native Flavours of the Scenic Rim
Explore the incredible flavours of native ingredients and local produce within our region. Enjoy a three-course meal with perfectly paired local wines and learn about the land we live on and how you can use these incredible ingredients at home.
Start with a celebration of local produce with a Teaspoons and Aprons grazing board paired with Barney Creek Vineyard Rosé. Guest chef Lana from Flutterbys Gourmet Creations will then deliver a flavour explosion hero-ing native and local produce. Finish the meal with one of Teaspoons and Aprons decadent tarts, featuring Towri Sheep Cheeses Eweghurt and paired with the perfect fortified wine.
Throughout the meal there will be discussion on the land we live on and the culinary environment, with a focus on how these incredible ingredients can be grown at home, all while enjoying live music, art and the company of friends.
A selection of local produce will be available for sale.
