Join Mindy Woods — proud Bundjalung woman, chef, winner of Worlds 50 Best Restaurant Awards Champion of Change 2025 — for an immersive, hands-on cooking experience like no other.

Hosted on the stunning regenerative organic farm, Conscious Ground, just 15 minutes from the heart of Byron Bay, this in-person exclusive experience begins with a guided native food tour, where you’ll connect deeply with Country and the seasonal ingredients grown on site. Along the way, Mindy will share Bundjalung knowledge, stories, and insights into the cultural and nutritional wisdom of First Nations foodways.

Back in the kitchen, you’ll roll up your sleeves for a seasonal native food cooking class, learning how to transform premium fresh local produce and native ingredients into exceptional yet easy to replicate dishes. Expect plenty of storytelling, laughter, and connection as we cook, share, and taste together.
