Native Incense Cone Making Workshop - 13.03.27
Description
In this hands on workshop brought to you by Subtle Animal, participants will learn to identify and work with locally native resins, barks, leaves, flowers and seeds, before grinding, blending and shaping their own incense. Grounding the experience in respect for Country and sustainable harvesting practice.
What to expect:
• Expert-led hands-on workshop
• All materials including locally harvested plants
• Participants will leave with a set of hand made incense cones.
What to bring:
A tray or container to place your incense in to take home
Please note:
• All ingredients are locally and sustainably sourced.
• Content rotates seasonally to feature different plants and address seasonal needs.
The Saturday Circle
This event is part of the Saturday Circle, a monthly repair, share, regeneration, reuse and resilience-building get-together at the Randwick Sustainability Hub, 27 Munda St, Randwick. Held every second Saturday of the month, most events are from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
