Conference Schedule Overview:

Day 1: 20th March - Conference Sessions at Rydges Mount Panorama Bathurst

Morning Sessions: Start the day at 8:00 AM with registration and a warm welcome, followed by keynote presentations and discussions until 12:30 PM.
Location: Rydges Mount Panorama Bathurst, Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit, 1 Conrod Straight, Bathurst NSW 2795.
Lunch Break: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM. A prime opportunity for networking and interactive demonstrations.
Afternoon Workshops: 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM. Topics include practical agroforestry, economic aspects, or carbon and biodiversity credits. Please confirm your workshop selection if you have not done so.

Day 1: Evening Panel Discussion - 20th March at The Greens on William

Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Join us for the Big Ideas Panel Discussion with light refreshments.
Location: The Greens on William, 29 William St, Bathurst NSW 2795.

Day 2: Farm Visits Detailed Schedule – 21st March, Join us for a hands-on exploration of agroforestry in action with visits to two remarkable farms.

9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: First stop at 748 Turondale Road, Duramana, NSW. Entrance to property off Rivulet Rd. Property name is “Wellagalong”. From Turondale Road turn right into Rivulet Rd and follow signs to event. Google maps pin https://maps.app.goo.gl/HzYEZB4EbDfPktCx8
10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Morning tea and toilet break at Peel Old School Hall. A brief interlude for refreshments before we head to our next destination.
11:30 AM: Departure to Farm 2.
12:15 PM - 1:30 PM: Our second farm visit takes place at 61 Sunny Corner Road - Kurrawong Park. following signs into the “Bland Farm Forest & Organic Vegetable Farm”. 4WD is advised (or a high clearance car for site 2). Lunch: Enjoy a provided lunch and wrap-up discussion, reflecting on the insights gained.
1:30 PM: Conclusion of field day.

Important Considerations for Farm Visits:

We recommend 4WD or high-clearance vehicles for Site 2. Smaller vehicles should park safely at the front of the property along the road and you should car pool to the site visit.
Dress for the weather, including sturdy shoes, (hat, jacket, rain coat etc, please check the weather forecast to be prepared, we still go ahead even with rain).
Please bring a keep cup and water bottle to reduce our environmental footprint.
Please bring your own camp chair to sit on at the field day sites.
