Natural Communion Breathwork in the Forest Gazebo.

Surrounded by the Peace of the Forest, we come together in community and support  to expand into our inner crevices and bring the breath of life, fully into our bodies, filling our spirits,  in cadence with the melodies of Medicine Music.  

This workshop uses breath music nature and heart connections to take each one on a unique on a soul journey into your inner territory, meeting what ever is there, embracing all of ourselves and our lives, we begin to clear and feel and free ourselves more and more to follow our inner knowings...

This workshop will include grounding and opening our bodies with Core Energetics, and then lying on matts for comfort and support we let gravity hold us and the forest surround us we embark on a breathwork journey using circular breathing to expand consciousness and give attention to our inner spaces and heartfelt prayers. .  

Each person will follow their own inner journey and we will integrate and share at the end.  

There will be snacks and participants should bring a pillow, a blanket, a yoga matt or camp pad, (something you can lie on for an hour or so.)  and a bottle of water.  Dress for weather.
