Are you ready to step up and get the edge in your life? The Edge is a four week program designed especially for men to reclaim their inner power and transform every area of their life — mental, emotional, physical, and relational. Over four weeks, you’ll receive practical tools, strategies, and ongoing support so that by the end, you’ll experience real, measurable and lasting change.
Each week, you’ll build skills you can apply immediately: from mastering your emotions and optimizing your hormones, to creating daily habits that boost performance, resilience, and connection. Along the way, you’ll develop a strong brotherhood network to keep you accountable and supported long after the program ends.

Session 2 – Mastery Over Your Emotions
Understand emotional reactions and activating your power of considered response
Learn how to feel emotions so they don't impact your joy, confidence and purpose
Build a new emotional operating system that fosters emotional resilience

Session 3 – Tackling Stress, Low Mood & Depression Naturally
Identify stress triggers and learn nervous system regulation tools
Understand the gut-brain connection and how nutrition affects mood
Learn breathwork, grounding, and nature-based stress therapy
Explore time blocking, boundary setting, and physical activity for resilience
Strengthen purpose and meaning in life
Session 4 – Relationships
Understand the dynamics of fear-based and codependent relationships
Learn how to co-create relationships where you feel seen, heard and appreciated
Gain tools for courageous conversations and creating emotional safety
Build emotional intimacy as a conduit for connection and sexual intimacy
