Ling will be your facilitator for these two sessions. Ling has long taught TaiChi, Cooking, Eco-therapy, Horticulture therapy. Her unique style guides you through a discovery journey of yourself. Ling was born in Laos and brings her Teow Chew Chinese cultural knowledge to her workshops.

Day 1 - Sunday 19th January : Understanding Your Nature

Morning:

Deep dive into how each of the Eight Forces manifests in your life through guided meditation and self-reflection exercises
Learn how Heaven energy cultivates your innate strength and Thunder energy awakens your dormant potential
Practice ancient Taoist breathing techniques to identify where you hold fear in your body

Afternoon:

Explore how Water energy teaches us to flow around obstacles rather than fight them
Use Mountain energy to develop unshakeable stillness in the face of challenges
Experience partner exercises that help you understand your natural response patterns to fear

Day 2 - Saturday 25th January : Integration and Action

Morning:

Reflection on the previous days integration.
Learn how Fire energy illuminates your path forward while Wind energy helps you adapt with flexibility
Practice decision-making techniques using the Earth energy of nurturing wisdom
Develop personal rituals that align with Lake energy to maintain joy during difficult times

Afternoon

Create your personal "Energy Map" for navigating different types of fears
Design morning and evening practices that cultivate fearlessness in your daily life
