Join Naturopath Monica Francia for an evening of self-care - not the spa treatments or bubble bath type, but instead an in-depth workshop looking at tools to support our mental wellbeing. We'll delve into understanding how our nervous systems work, understand hormonal influence and the gut-brain connection. We'll look at different ways we can support ourselves through modern life including nutrition, lifestyle interventions and using herbal medicine. We'll learn about some of our best herbal allies and then each make an individualised herbal tea to take home.  

Spaces are limited and priority is given to new participants.
