ABOUT THE COACHES:

Jake is a level 2 MovNat Certified Coach and has been practicing and coaching Natural Movement for the last 6 years. He has been exploring and learning from teachers in many different disciplines of movement including Parkour, Fighting Monkeys and Ancestral Movement. Molly is a level 3+4 certified Personal Trainer, educating herself with various mentors throughout the globe and self-experimentation for the past 5 years. Her movement practice has been influenced by exploration through travel and exposure to different cultural movement practices, experimenting with powerlifting, strength and conditioning, calisthenics, yoga and movement. She is the host and creator of the Ancestral Alignment podcast.
