Join us as we explore Cumberland Preschool Kindergarten's journey of creating meaningful nature-based excursions that connect children with local places, community and Country. Through shared stories and reflections, we will consider how regular experiences in natural environments support children's learning, wellbeing, curiosity and sense of belonging.

During the session, we will:

Tour Cumberland Preschool Kindergarten's nature-rich outdoor learning spaces
Reflect on natural spaces and excursion opportunities within your local community
Hear about Cumberland Preschool Kindergarten's excursions and sustainability journey
Explore OBBY (Our Big Backyard) case studies from Apex Park and the upcoming Breakout Creek

Take away ideas for creating meaningful nature-based excursions in your local area.

Afternoon tea and professional development certificates will be provided.

Limited spaces, please register and share within your networks.
