Reconnect with yourself, others, and nature.
Join a supportive women’s group in Noosa to explore practical ways to support your emotional, and social wellbeing.

Gathered together in a circle outdoors, this weekly facilitated nature-based program offers a gentle space to explore simple, empowering practices you can take into your daily life such as, nature journaling, mindfulness in nature, storytelling, nature script writing, using images of nature for wellbeing and the Tree of Life. Each themed session weaves together quiet reflection, heartfelt group conversation, and at times, some gentle movement — all supported by the grounding presence of the natural world.

You’ll learn how to use nature as a tool for emotional resilience, stress management, and self-awareness. No experience needed – just a willingness to slow down, connect, and explore.

This group is facilitated by Maxine Difabrizio of With Nature Counselling through Noosa Council's Living Well program and supported by the Environment Centre in Noosaville.
