Join Richard Scales from Therapeutic Horticulture WA – The Scales Way for a restorative half-day workshop exploring how nature can support health, wellbeing and connection.

Hosted on behalf of the Nature Based Therapy Foundation, a registered Health Promotion Charity, this pilot program is designed to introduce practical, evidence-informed approaches that can help reduce stress, build resilience and strengthen your connection with yourself, your community and the natural world.

Throughout the workshop you'll explore the foundations of Nature Based Therapy, complete a Holistic Health Assessment, experience guided nature-based activities including nature bingo and journaling.
