Event description

A four-hour gathering for women to rest, reconnect, and remember.

This Nature Circle is a four-hour soul-soothing sister circle in the forest, designed for women seeking deep rest, grounded reflection, and connection to nature and each other.

A space to pause.

Have you been longing for silence, but haven’t made the time to hear yourself?
Have you been craving connection, but feel too tired to reach out?
Do you miss the part of you that feels wild, soft, intuitive and true?

If you answered yes to any of the above, this gathering is for you.

This is an invitation to return.

You’ll be guided through gentle embodied practices, time with the land, and quiet soul connection - all held in the healing arms of the forest.

This is a place to simply be. To lie down. To breathe. To listen. To craft beauty from what surrounds you.
You don’t need to know why you’re coming. Your body already does.

Are you ready to remember your place in the circle?

Limited spaces available.

What You’ll Get Out of It

• Space to drop out of your head and into your body
• A chance to be held by the land and by sisterhood
• Quiet time to listen inward and reflect
• An opportunity to move gently through connection, creativity, and contemplation
• A soft reawakening of your intuition through forest-led practices

What to Expect

Nature Circle offers a grounded, sensory journey through presence, sisterhood, and the natural world. Through guided rest, sharing, ritual, and connection, you’ll experience a gentle returning. To yourself, to the earth, to the sacred stillness beneath the noise.

This is a softening space where there’s no pressure to speak, do, or perform. Just an invitation to come as you are, and reconnect with what matters most.

— where silence is sacred
— where earth becomes mirror
— where your soul can unfurl

There will be stillness. Laughter. Craft.
There will be wild beauty.
There may be tears. There may be song.
There will be you - as you are.

This is a return.
To stillness.
To soul. To self.

About Your Guides

Kia guides people to connect with their spirit, unlock their potential, and create from the heart. She is an abstract artist and keynote speaker dedicated to helping individuals step fully into their personal power. With a unique blend of storytelling and energising encouragement, Kia inspires audiences to let their inner voice lead and trust their path. A passionate advocate for self-discovery and transformation, Kia draws on her own journey to show how strengthening your intuition can lead to powerful breakthroughs. Her approach deeply resonates with those seeking clarity, confidence, and courage to align with their soul purpose. In addition to her speaking and coaching, Kia teaches a weekly live intuitive painting class, which was featured in Metro Newspapers' Big Happiness Interview. She also hosts the self-help book club Untold Happiness, inspiring creative spiritual seekers to grow and thrive.

Juliet leads with presence. With stillness. With the kind of listening that makes people say things they didn’t know they needed to say. As a hypnotherapist, ritual facilitator, and lifelong student of human connection, she creates spaces where masks fall away and truth finds its way to the surface. Whether it's through fire, silence, story or breath - Juliet holds a circle in a way that feels both deeply ancient and unmistakably alive. If something in you is ready to shift, she’s someone you want beside you when it does.

Juliet is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist with almost 20 years of experience supporting people through life’s thresholds - change, addiction, anxiety, and awakening. She’s trained in spiritual leadership, fire walking facilitation, authentic relating, and embodied group process, with a deep understanding of the nervous system and how ritual helps regulate and restore. Her work brings together her MSc in Spirituality, Transpersonal Psychology and Consciousness with her therapeutic skills, ancestral wisdom, and quiet confidence that invites others to access their own. The Burrow

The Burrow started in April 2024 as a space for people to come together to heal, transform, connect and celebrate. The Burrow is a space where people reconnect with nature, each other, and themselves through self-inquiry and meaningful connection.

Most of our events have holistic wellbeing in mind, all guided by skilled facilitators. We have CIC status, which is designed for businesses that aim to benefit the community, rather than private shareholders. CICs are a form of social enterprise, where profits are generally reinvested into the community or used to support the company’s social mission. In time, we hope to get funding to improve the facilities, which will make some events easier during the rainier months. Every ticket you purchase gets us a little closer to our bigger plans.

If you’d prefer to keep off socials, the best way to get information is to “follow” The Burrow on here to be notified of any new events. We also have a website http://theburrowfarnham.co.uk .
