3.5 hour workshop of nature connection and nature journaling practices, including:

Orientation to Foote Sanctuary, acknowledgement of country and grounding
Guided sequence of relational forest therapy practices by ANFT certified guide
Writing, drawing and painting nature journaling supplies for workshop
Vegan, gluten free afternoon snack and forest tea ritual
group size maximum of 8

We'll come together under the trees to share in activities that awaken our senses and help us remember and develop our relationship the Earth.

Research shows that these practices can help us find joy, calm, peace and awe in our experience of life, and tend to burnout by encouraging curiosity, motivation and a renewed commitment to the Earth.

EJ Foote Memorial Sanctuary

is 1.5 hours drive north of Brisbane, 15 minutes drive from Maroochydore and a ten minute walk downhill from the bus stop of the 616 Maroochydore - Sippy Downs route (Mooloolaba Rd at Foote Ave). You can find out more about the Sanctuary here.
