We'll come together under the trees to share in activities that awaken our senses and help us remember and develop our relationship the Earth.

Research shows that these practices can help us find joy, calm, peace and awe in our experience of life by encouraging curiosity, motivation and a renewed commitment to the Earth.

This public session for all aged 6+ is in partnership with the beautiful subtropical rainforest and waterfalls at Buderim Forest Park.
