You’re invited to a morning of movement, and creativity in nature with Prue from @earth.altering and movement facilitator Nicholas from @nicholas.embodinow on Bundjalung Country (Byron Bay, NSW).

Surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the sound of the ocean, we’ll begin by tuning in and connecting with the elements and land, followed by a letting go/intention setting ritual.

Prue will lead us in co-creating a collaborative Earth Altar using foraged natural materials from the area - an intuitive and joyful process of collective expression.

With the altar as our anchor, Nicholas will guide us through embodiment practices like Qi Gong and elemental movement games to reconnect with presence, play, and the inner/outer landscapes.

This 3-hour workshop is an invitation to nourish your body, mind and spirit, access your creativity, and awaken your inner child through nature and movement.

Light snacks provided, with an optional ocean swim after.
