Awwww yeah! woohoo winter is back!!!! no more need for plastic bags of ice to chill down those ice baths anymore, mother nature is here to deliver and isn't she beautiful! We excitedly invite you to our Saturday Nature Activation (as part of our 8 Week Winter Series) at Cedar Creek Falls.

Cedar Creek, in Samford, is a phenomenal spot. Imagine a stoney river nestled by bushland and with picturesque swimming holes scattered throughout. We love this place so much, we literally have it painted into a mural on one of our walls, and we guarantee that you’ll fall in love with it too. It has great energy and is easily accessible.

The Breath Collectives Saturday Nature Activations are said to be a favourite among our community. Breathwork and Cold Therapy practices are awesome, but add a beautiful lush forest setting, soundscapes of running water & birdsong, intentional moments to pause and reflect, all while being surrounded with a community of kickass conscious individuals…. Your Saturday mornings are about to get a lot better. Just 40 minutes from the city, come and unplug and recharge with us.

What Is Breathwork And Cold Therapy?

The idea of breathwork is simple: when you change the way you breathe, you change the way your body works on a chemical level, providing us access and connection to the emotional, mental, physical( and even spiritual) layers of self. The benefits of breathwork include: reduced stress, improved digestion, better sleep and alleviated symptoms of depression and anxiety. couple breathwork with cold therapy, and now you have turbo-charged your immune system, raised energy levels, burned hundreds of calories and drastically reduced inflammation in your body. your body and mind will be buzzing and light with confidence, vitality and positive vibes.

What To Bring?

We will be breathing on the exposed rock face itself next to a waterhole.

Please bring extra warm clothes to the event for before and after, (you will get cold during the breathwork) you'll need a swimsuit and towel, a yoga mat, and a travel mug for some warming, organic cacao which we will provide (vegan, df, gf). This is a family-friendly event. Everyone is welcome, children under 12 years are free.
