Join us for a rejuvenating Nature Immersion—a mindful gathering designed to connect you deeply with nature, yourself, and others under the gentle presence of the full moon. This experience blends grounding rituals, a guided nature walk, creative expression, and a nourishing brunch to leave you feeling refreshed, inspired, and aligned with nature’s rhythm.

While our focus is on connecting with nature, the presence of the full moon enhances our time together, inviting us to reflect on our intentions and embrace a spirit of release and renewal.

YOUR JOURNEY INTO NATURE:

🌿 Grounding Ritual & Intention Setting: Begin with a grounding ritual to center ourselves and set intentions for the day. With the full moon as a quiet witness, we’ll reflect on what we’re ready to let go of and what we hope to welcome in this new cycle.

🌿 Nourishing Community Brunch: Enjoy a delicious, nourishing brunch with like-minded women. It’s a perfect time to relax, connect with others, and savor a wholesome meal in a peaceful setting.

🌿 Mindful Nature Walk: After brunch, we’ll embark on a guided, mindful walk through scenic surroundings, inviting you to slow down and immerse yourself fully in the sights, sounds, and scents of nature. This short mindful walk allows you to step out of the everyday and into the moment, deepening your connection to the natural world.

🌿 Creative Expression Inspired by Nature: Inspired by the walk and the full moon’s quiet influence, you’ll dive into a creative activity to express what you’ve experienced. Don't worry you don't need to have experience in arts and crafts, this session is designed to help you capture your reflections and connect with your inner self. You may choose to journal, paint or draw, all supplies will be provided however if you prefer to bring your own supplies you're welcome to!

🌿 Closing Circle & Reflection: We’ll close with a reflective sharing circle, honoring each other’s experiences and insights from the day. Here, we celebrate our time in nature and the personal intentions we’re ready to carry forward.

All women are welcome—whether you’re new to nature-based practices or already have your own personal rituals to connect with the earths cycles. Come ready to connect deeply with yourself, nature, community and the supportive full moon energy.

EVENT DETAILS:

DATE: Sunday 17th of November

TIME: 11am - 2pm (NSW AEDT)

LOCATION: nestled midway between Burleigh Heads and Byron Bay on a beautiful private property near Murwillumbah, NSW (full address provided on ticket purchase)

BRUNCH: A selection of delicious brunch goodies including summer fruits, sourdough with condiments and eggs, chia pudding and yoghurt, selection of hot and cold drinks and other yummy delights (all vegetarian and vegan)(gf options available on request please inform host)

WHAT TO BRING:

* Water bottle with 2L of water

* Hat, walking shoes, sunscreen, raincoat (weather dependent)

* Optional: Your journal/pen/art supplies (basic supplies will be provided)

* A small item for our altar if you feel called

- This event is in NSW and will be running on daylight savings time so please double check you have the right time if coming from QLD

- The event is for women 18yrs+

- You'll need to sign a waiver to participate in this event

- Beginner short walk, expect some rocks and uneven surfaces

- Please be responsible and aware of your physical and mental abilities and only choose to participate if it's right for you and your body. This event is not intended as therapy, please seek advice from health professionals if this is what you are needing.

- The host will monitor weather conditions and will only cancel the event if there is extreme weather. We will still walk in rain if safe to do so (it's part of the fun). Refunds will only be provided if the event is the host cancels the event due to weather
