About the Class:

Join us for a creative and mindful journey to cultivate wisdom and wonder. Using nature as our guide, we will tune into ourselves and nature to create a mini deck of artful cards that offer inspiration, encouragement, and affirmations. We will explore a variety of expressive arts, including watercolor, mark-making, and writing, to make these nature-inspired cards. This compassionate space is for anyone who hopes to breathe life into their creativity, deepen connections within themselves, and attune to the wisdom and rhythms of the natural world. No previous art or writing experience is necessary. All materials are provided.

About the Artist: Stacey Hayes (Soulful Seasons)

Stacey Hayes, MA, MPA is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) specializing in creative arts and nature-based therapy. As the creator of Soulful Seasons, she offers resources to inspire others to nurture themselves and nature with creativity and compassion. She designs and facilitates workshops locally and on virtual platforms. Stacey has offered workshops through the North Carolina Botanical Garden and the Art Therapy Institute.
