Description

Think you need to draw to try nature journaling?

Think again.

This workshop combines a short sensory walk with creativity and curiosity as we explore and record what we see, hear, touch and feel in nature.

Each session will experiment with different nature journalling prompts and techniques - everything from blind contour drawing and bark rubbing, to sound maps, letter writing and poetry.

No artistic experience is needed.

All materials provided.

Suitable for children aged 12 and over.

Sarah is passionate about the power of time in nature to heal, connect, teach and guide us, but she is not an artist.

Her first nature journal entry was a stick figure:
