Nature, Nourish, Nurture - Connected Woman

Join Talitha and Sadie for a nourishing and heart-centered day at the Mindful Impact Wellness Hub in the Adelaide Hills. This special event combines wellness, reflection, and community to raise funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), with $10 from every ticket donated to breast cancer research.

Take time out of your busy weekend with a nurturing half-day event which will energise and motivate you to re-discover new ways to boost your personal wellbeing as a ‘connected woman’. Step into alignment, embrace your essence, and walk away feeling balanced with new thoughts for the future. A complimentary hand massage will be offered while you sit, listen, and 'just be' for a moment while we pause with some gentle breathwork.

Grounding Relaxation and Breathwork – Begin your morning by centering your body and mind with calming practices that restore balance.

Guided Nature Walk – Sadie will lead you through a reflective walk, weaving insights from her book Serenity and Sunflowers, just be, written after her own breast cancer diagnosis in 2020.

Discover Human Design – Talitha will introduce Human Design, an empowering blend of ancient wisdom and modern science. Learn how to use your unique blueprint to guide your decisions, embrace your strengths, and align with your life’s purpose.

Nourishing Morning and Afternoon Tea – Enjoy wholesome food to fuel your body and soul.

Sadie – Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Menopause Coaching Specialist. After her early breast cancer diagnosis in 2020, she invites women to go within, rediscover their strengths and values, and live with resilience and grace.

Talitha – Human Design Guide and Coach, helping women unlock their unique blueprint to navigate life with clarity, confidence, and flow.
