Nestled on a breathtaking 196-acre private property, (2 hours from Melbourne) this immersive experience blends education, yoga, and Qigong with the restorative power of nature.

Each sister brings her unique wisdom:

• A compassionate yoga teacher guiding you through mindful movement and breath.

• A nurturing nurse and Qigong teacher offering gentle energy practices to restore balance.

• A skilled trauma therapist specialising in EMDR and somatic therapy, creating space for deep emotional healing.

Your stay includes:

Peta de Burgh: founder of Breath Counselling, AMSHW & EMDR and somatic therapist.

Kaia de Burgh: Registered Nurse with 40 years experience. A Yoga and Qigong teacher blending clinical care with ancient healing.

Kellie de Burgh: Yoga teacher, co-founder of Yacht Club Yoga

Each room can be booked as a twin share or a solo occupancy. All prices listed are in AUD and per person. Some cottages have stairs please let us know if you have accessibility requirements.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Upon booking and payment of deposit we will contact you to finalise your accommodation needs, any special requirements and final payment details. For those booking twin share and coming alone, we will pair you up with another guest/s. You may even meet a new friend.
