Sound healing uses the power of vibration to restore mind, body and spirit back to a state of balance while listening to nature help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

Sophie is a yoga teacher and a sound practitioner. Yoga came first in her life through the curiosity to discover the connection between mind and body. Her journey through learning this ancient practice opened up a new world of exploration where she discovered meditation and sound healing.
As a music lover and a DJ, Sophie found magic and meaning in sound and vibration. After different sound training, she now offers sound immersion in yoga studio and outdoor in nature.
