Join us for our first nature playgroup of the year, designed for children aged 3-6. This fun-filled session will inspire curiosity and creativity through a range of engaging, hands-on activities.
Activities include:
Snake Safety Activities
Dam-Building
Child-led water exploration
Bush Walk
Group reading + snack time
Nature Craft
Details:
Cost: $15 per child (siblings under 1 are free)
Where: Lower Sweetwater Creek Nature Reserve, Frankston (please park close to the entrance between 47 and 49 Fleetwood Crescent)
Meet up point: The large sign just inside the Fleetwood Crescent entrance
When: Friday 14th of February, 10:00AM – 11:30 AM
Important Information:
**Children under 3 are welcome, though there are some challenging landscapes to navigate (occasionally slippery stones, sloped gravel paths) so please consider their capacity before booking.
This is an all-weather event. Activities will proceed rain or shine, so please dress accordingly and be prepared for outdoor conditions.
This is not a drop-off program, children must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times.
This event is not pram or wheelchair accessible.
What to Bring:
Water bottle
A snack
Sturdy walking shoes/water-friendly shoes and clothing optional
A change of clothes + a towel
