Event description
Join our seasonal nature play sessions to connect with your
family, community and the land.
This FREE session includes:
- INTERACT - We start with stories, songs and games that are guided but we all can join in on. Creative seasonal themes get our bodies moving, our voice in unison and our minds to grow a new awareness.
- EXPLORE - Free play guided by kids interests where they can truly follow their own instincts. This might be time for you to play together or time for you to let them play, while you rest, observe and contemplate. It might mean wandering far from the group or staying close. Balancing unstructured time and guiding new experiences means sometimes we might offer some bushcraft ideas which adults can model. Adults are encouraged to be quieter and focused on their child relationship during this part.
- SHARE - Everyone brings their own snacks we gather together for morning tea. This is the space for relaxed social engagement and open chatter between adults. A chance for personal stories and questions.

WHO: All ages are welcome but activities aimed at 2-6yrs and their parents or carers. Accompanying adult are fully responsible for their children and must supervise them at all times.
WHERE: Location to be announced. As our family is travelling through we are open to suggestions of safe nature reserves or shaded areas nearby the beach.
