Experience the wonder and satisfaction of transformation at your fingertips using natural resources to dye, fragrance and decorate your own set of playdough. Come and enjoy this relaxing, mindful experience with us which you can replicate over and over at home too!

Immerse yourself in the captivating world of tactile creativity and aromatic delight as we explore the fun and relaxing process of dyeing playdough using nature's own vibrant hues. You'll learn the art of infusing colours from natural resources into your playdough; creating personalised masterpieces that not only delight the eyes but also engage the senses on a deeper level.

We will enjoy an introduction to breathwork while learning a calming breath strategy and learning to play a 'relax and reset' game. We'll also chat about the mindful nature of playdough play and all the wonderful developmental benefits this offers. 

This empowering experience will serve as a valuable addition to your repertoire of self-care practices, offering a holistic approach to well-being through mindful creativity.
