📍Location: Outdoor Setting near the Japanese Gardens (There is parking on both Glen Osmond Road or South Terrace you will find us at the back of the Japenese gardens, across from Witta Wirra Park)

Join us for a soul-nourishing afternoon of heart-opening practices, grounding exercises, and a 1-hour yoga class followed by meditation and sound healing. Set in a peaceful outdoor environment, this gathering is open to women of all ages and experience levels, offering a safe space to reconnect with yourself and others.

After our practices, enjoy a calming walk through the Japanese Gardens with provided tea and treats to end the day.

About your hosts:

Amelia Finn from Ikigai Empowerment is a Retreat Facilitator, Energy Healer and Hypnotherapist who has been running women’s spaces and conscious community groups for over 4 years. Each time she sees the magic that happens when women come together in this way.

Amy Hill also known as The Freedom Mentor is a mother, yoga teacher and wellness practitioner. She is helping people feel healthy, in alignment and free to have abundance in life. She has a yoga studio in Collinswood called, “Meditation Yoga and Relationships” which she co facilitates with her partner.

Investment: $33 per person + Booking Fee
What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing.
