Join Lisa from Big Heart Adventures for a deeply immersive nature walk at Onkaparinga National Park. This is an opportunity to notice, observe and relax over 2 blissful hours. Lisa is a certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and will guide participants on this nature inspiring experience finding calm and relaxation with time to sit, stand, wander, lay down and observe.

Accessibility

Walk distance is approximately 1-2km over 2 hours on mostly flat trails and suits all levels of fitness. If you have any accessibility requirements or have any questions, you can call Lisa Murphy with any questions on 0418 802 361.

Minimum age is 15 years as long as accompanied with an adult
