Nature Based Therapy is the practice of immersing yourself in Nature, in a mindful way, using your senses to enhance a whole range of benefits for your physical, mental, emotional and social health.

This is not exercise, or hiking, or jogging. It's simply being in Nature. Nature Based Therapies are like a bridge connecting you sense of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch with the natural world for a gentle approach of healing.
