This event is for transgender, nonbinary and gender diverse people.

Overview

Join Kayte (she/her) in an immersive nature experience where you will have the chance to connect with nature and remind yourself about its benefits for your wellbeing.

What to expect

During the session Kayte will facilitate safe spaces in nature using guided activities to deepen your experience of the therapeutic power of nature, learning skills you can apply to your daily life.
There will be opportunities for reflection however this can be a completely personal experience, without any need for interaction with anyone else. Come as you are, nature can hold you.
Sessions will be held monthly, on the first Saturday of each month.

Location

The session will be held outside, in a park in Brunswick/Brunswick East. The exact location will be emailed prior to the event.
The park is small and out of the way, however someone from Transgender Victoria will be present to help ensure the safety of all participants.
