Nature Therapy with Ivie from Forest Organics

1-hour MINI group session – North West Bay River Track, Sandfly

This is an invitation to trust your inner forest to guide you into a delightful practice among the trees.

What is Nature Therapy? Nature Therapy is the practice of immersing yourself in Nature in a mindful way, using your senses to enhance a whole range of benefits for your physical, mental, emotional, and social health.

This exploration includes slow mindful walking and small activities that awaken your senses to your surrounds among the trees.

This 1 hour slow guided journey lets you immerse yourself into your own body, engaging all your senses while being held in the beautiful healing space of Mother Nature.

Exchange $15 per person (waged) / $10 per person (concession) plus booking fee. Maximum of 6 participants, tickets available through Humanitix via the link – if you would like to pay cash on the day, please reach out and I will hold a spot for you.

This gentle journey is open to anyone of any fitness level as it is a very slow pace. Keep in mind that we will be on a path where there are some small rocks, closed shoes are recommended.

If you haven't heard of it before, or ever tried anything like it, then this is your opportunity to explore!

Please bring a bottle of water and dress for the weather!

Gather at the Sandfly Memorial Oval carpark – toilets available.
