Forest Bathing with Forest Organics

This is an invitation to trust your inner forest to guide you into a delightful practice among the trees.

This 2 hour slow guided journey lets you immerse yourself into your own body, engaging all your senses while being held in the sacred healing space of Mother Nature.

Exchange $30pp with tea and light vegan snacks included.

This gentle journey is open to anyone of any fitness level as it is a very slow pace. Keep in mind that we will be on a path where there are rocks, so closed shoes are recommended.
