as you are invited to move beyond the external noises and reconnect in a soft and gentle way with your own curiosity, imagination and inna wisdom.

A grounding, nature inspisred creative exploration, play and reflective journey created for you to be in state of presence. This is not an art class, no creative skills requiried, just an open heart willing to explore deeper.

we'll experience soft landing in grounding practice(s), nature as mirror, play and tap into your inner knowing, reflect on what emerged and a relaxed closing circle.

The experience

Ground — Arrive Within

A short guided grounding practice using breath, body awareness and sensory attention.

Participants are invited to arrive fully in the present moment and create an internal sense of safety and spaciousness.

Connect — Nature as Mirror

A guided nature-inspired visualisation and sensory exploration.

Participants explore qualities found in nature — such as flow, resilience, stillness, growth or transformation — and consider what these qualities might reflect within themselves.

Play — Creative Expression

A playful, intuitive creative activity using simple art-making materials.

Rather than focusing on creating something "good", participants are encouraged to follow curiosity, colour, texture, shape and intuition.

No artistic skill required.

Reflection— What Is Emerging?

Through gentle journaling prompts, participants explore:

Sharing circle

A relaxed closing circle where participants can share an insight, image, feeling or intention from their experience.

Leave feeling more connected, grounded, inspired and open to the creative possibilities within you.

• Arrival suggested at 9.45am for 10 am start

• Warm welcome to bring a small nature object that has meaning for you.

• All Material provided.

• Refreshments & nibbles

• Free Parking off-street.
