Immerse yourself in a nurturing meditation and yoga session – seasoned with poetry and enfolded in nature.

Be guided to shift from 'thinking & doing' to 'feeling & being' in an immersive sensory experience that is Nature Yoga.

Stemming from the vinyasa and tantric yoga traditions, in this unique program you reconnect with nature and in doing so remember your true nature - calm, centered and steady.

These nurturing yoga sessions for women are held in the seaside women's sanctuary that is the McIver's Ladies Baths, Coogee – the perfect spot for a post yoga dip! (pool entry included)

Each 1 hour session includes pranayama breath practise, visualisation and a meditative vinyasa slow flow - for a strengthening, energising and relaxing experience. All levels are welcome but some yoga experience is beneficial. Sessions are tailored to the group.

Sessions are for small groups only allowing for individual assists in restorative poses and savasana.

EXCHANGE

drop in - $25 (+ booking fee)

5 class pass - $100 (to be used over 6 weeks)

Includes entry to the Ladies Baths.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow for people on the waiting list to attend (as limited places).

In the instance of wet weather, you will notified of the session's cancellation by email (no later than 1 hour prior).
Sessions will be held online when it's raining so you may continue a regular practise. Or you may prefer to transfer your registration to a future date of your choice.

PARKING

Street parking (paid and unpaid) options are available on Beach & Neptune Sts and surrounding areas.

WHAT TO BRING

Don't forget bring your own mat, sunscreen and bathers (of course). If you're heading straight to work after, there are hot showers on site.
