Naturellement is coming for you! An avant garde wine and drinks festival where we celebrate the unusual, the wickedly different, the well made and the artisan. A drinks event done righteously to celebrate regionality and local and smaller-scale producers.

After a sell out success in Newcastle Naturellement returns this spring taking on its regional tour - next stop it is landing on the banks of the beautiful Central Coast on Darkinjung land.

Try drinks from and meet over 30 producers across natural, organic and artisan wines, craft beers, small-batch spirits and the ever expanding excitement from non-alcoholic drinks creators. This is a festival that focuses on the best of best New South Wales drinks producers with an accompanying, locavore food theme in tow. Your ticket includes all samples from the variety of producers on site.

If you’re more of an international explorer, then the infamous Baller Bar, a feature at a multitude of festivals, is curated by P&V Wine + Liquor Merchants and will again deliver a smorgasbord of cult offerings from natural wine luminaries and harder-to-find rarities. The Baller Bar is about providing access to some of the seriously hard-to-get wines, while having a rollicking good time.

FOOD will feature collaborations by some of the the best regional restaurants and high profile chefs with a focus on the best of the Central Coast venues. These selected restaurants and bars will be providing a one-off snack menu that highlights the Central Coast region’s local producers, farmers and fisherfolk.

MASTERCLASSES are to be hosted by drinks journalist and prolific wine and drinks fanatic Mike Bennie (delicious magazine, James Halliday Wine Companion, Winefront, P&V Merchants). The class on offer will focus on ‘edutainment’ with involvement from producers of drinks and food. The line up will cover everything from introductory wine education to Amber and Orange Wine 101, Lambrusco tastings and a Wild Food Wild Wine session with Bennie and John Ralley and a Let’s Get Fizzical (a pet nat party). Classes are $20 and a short, sharp cheat sheet to success.

TALKS programming is set alongside masterclasses and will feature local farmers, producers, fisherfolk and Indigenous voices. These discussions delve into sustainable food practices, regenerative farming, and Indigenous perspectives on food and land.

So, get involved, support local, and get ready for one hell of a party..!

Naturellement leaves the community with a newfound love for all things artisan, natural, quirky, cool and delicious.

IMPORTANT UPDATE ABOUT FANTASEA FERRIES TICKET HOLDERS

We’ve just been informed by Fantasea Ferries of a change to the Palm Beach to Ettalong service that may affect your journey to Naturellement.

Instead of docking at Ettalong (a short walk from the venue), the ferry will now arrive at Patonga. From there, a shuttle service will be provided by Fantasea to take passengers to Ettalong.

We know… the timing isn’t ideal. This decision is entirely out of our hands, but as soon as we heard, we wanted to jump on and share the updated travel details with you.

We strongly recommend catching the 9:00am ferry from Palm Beach.

Arrives in Patonga: 9:30am
Estimated shuttle to The Galleria: ~20 mins
You’ll arrive at the venue around: 10:00am

We recommend the 12:00pm ferry from Palm Beach.

Please note: The last return ferry departs Patonga at 6:20pm. Because we can’t guarantee the shuttle timing back to Patonga, we strongly suggest booking a taxi to pick you up from The Galleria at 6:00pm sharp to ensure you make the ferry. Just our advice – take it or leave it!

Purchasing bottled drinks from your favourite producers is definitely possible so bring your wallet and get buying (offsite consumption only).At the end of the day (at 6.00pm) The Galleria will fling open its doors to host you for dinner. INTRODUCTION INTO NATURAL WINE: An intro to the history, evolution and current state of natural wine in Australia and further afield. Through the lens of four wines, Mike Bennie and winemaker friends will explore the basics of natural wine, what put it on the map, and why natural wine is so exciting going forward.

OLD SCHOOL, GOOD SCHOOL, LMABRUSCO: A deep dive into Lambrusco from traditional and Australian producers - proper Lambrusco made traditionally alongside wines from Australia that reinterpret the varieties and style

LET’S GET FIZZICAL: Sparkling wine comes in many shapes and forms - explore the breadth of sparkling styles that leans heavily into the vanguard of intriguing, naturally sparkling wines alongside some left of centre styles

WILD FOOD, WILD WINES: Exploring all things wild, this masterclass sees hunter and chef John Ralley from The Bush Kitchen join Mike Bennie in a tasting and discussion that focuses on wild game and wild wines.

TICKETING FAQ's

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes please. As alcohol is at the event, you must be over 18 to attend. Please bring a valid form of identification with you on the day just to be sure (Passport or driving license).

Are kids allowed?

We would recommend leaving the little critters at home for this one as it's not the most ideal place for little people. The event is busy, noisy and hectic at times so we don't want any sad faces. We suggest getting a babysitter and having the day off. We’ll bring the wine.

Will tickets be available on the door?

Only if we don't sell out first. We have capped the numbers to make sure its a good time for everyone, we would definitely recommend to book tickets prior so you don't miss out!

Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are not available for this event. To resell your ticket, please use Humanitix resale.

For some reason I have not received my ticket - what to do?

You should have received an email confirmation, if you haven't check your spam or junk folders first. Otherwise maybe there was a typo in the email you gave us - no worries. Shoot us an email at hello@weareneighbourgood.com and we will get back to you stat.

What do I need to bring?

A smile and an empty belly and positive vibes. Oh, and also bring your tickets (you don't need to print, you can just show us on your phone!).

Is the venue accessible?

Yes! The venue is wheelchair accessible, except for the masterclass areas, which unfortunately have some limitations. If you have specific accessibility needs or require assistance on the day, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to help.

Are dogs allowed?

As much as we love a four-legged friend, we kindly ask that you leave them at home (unless they’re a registered service dog, of course!)

What happens if it rains?

Naturellement is an all-weather event. Luckily for us most of the venue is undercover so we can kick on rain, hail or shine! If Mother Nature decides to turn it on, pack a raincoat or a stylish umbrella just in case.

Do you have vegetarian food options?
Naturellement showcases a diverse lineup of incredible culinary talent from some of NSW’s best chefs and restaurants. While we use our best endeavours to ensure there are vegetarian and dietary-friendly options available, the individual dishes are curated solely by the chefs themselves. This means availability may vary across the weekend. We appreciate your understanding and recommend checking in with staff on the day for specific dish details.

Be respectful, pretty please.

This event is about creating a safe environment for everyone and most importantly a good time that you remember. So don't be a jerk. Any inappropriate behaviour, of an intoxicated nature or not, that is dangerous to yourself and or others, is just not acceptable.

We have a strict ‘no tolerance’ policy so if we witness any of the above, we reserve the right to take appropriate action and have you removed from the venue. No refund and no fun.
