We are VERY excited to bring to you, Natya Yoga!

Yoga has become increasingly popular over the years for its many health benefits both physically and mentally (and spiritually!). It is a movement meditation, where you focus on moving your body through space consciously and carefully. It is a way for you to get out of your head, calm your nervous system and move with an equal amount of effort and ease.

Some benefits of Yoga include:

  • And much much more!

This class is for those who want to get into a new style of exercise and learn about the basics of Yoga, so you feel comfortable getting into key yoga poses at home, with your friends or at public yoga class!

In this 6 week beginners course, you will learn:

The aim of the course is to have you coming out more confident, knowledgable and strong!
