Gerry Matera brings a wealth of experience in sales, operations, and business management within the security, defence and food sectors. Â Charged with navigating the complexities of rapidly evolving industries, Gerry is tasked with spearheading transformative initiatives through technology adoption across all enterprises, positioning Eon, Gather and Indigenous Defence Service as pioneering forces driving industry-wide change. Committed to delivering optimal business models tailored to meet the evolving needs of customers and stakeholders, Gerry oversees a workforce of over 140 professionals, prioritizing their welfare and development as a cornerstone of his leadership philosophy.
As the visionary founder of Eon Protection in 2017 and Gather Foods in 2016, and Indigenous Defence Services in 2020 Gerry leverages his deep industry insights and commercial acumen to provide authentic leadership, fostering organizational growth and excellence. Gerry's approach to Aboriginal engagement is straightforward yet impactful. Jamiela Sungkar provides psychological services in private practice to adults. Consulting across areas including complex trauma, attachment, parenting, ADHD, domestic violence, family court matters, immigration, perinatal mental health and sexual assault.
Jamiela strives to provide excellence in psychological services, drawing upon a solid foundation of experience and evidenced based knowledge which was developed across the NGO, public and private sector.
Jamiela has a warm, empathetic, holistic and strength based approach tailored to meet each persons unique psychological needs and goals, whilst promoting best possible outcomes. Jamiela values and is committed to harnessing, a collaborative and genuine therapeutic relationship to foster growth, insight, fulfilment, meaning and self-actualisation.
Grace Ritter is an Associate in the family law team at Cullen Macleod. Previously, she honed her skills at a boutique general practice, diversifying her legal expertise. She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2019 after completing her practical legal training with The Piddington Society. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia.
Grace specialises in all facets of family law, including parenting disputes, property settlements, and Binding Financial Agreements. Recognised for her sensitivity to the challenging nature of Family Court proceedings, she is committed to offering empathetic support to clients navigating these trying circumstances. With a particular interest in addressing family law issues that impact the LGBTQIA+ community, Grace strives to foster an inclusive environment where all clients feel supported. Her completion of the AVERT Family Violence Basics Course informs her nuanced understanding of family violence and its many implications within her practice.
Beyond her professional commitments, Grace dedicates time to contribute to the legal community. She embodies a spirit of mentorship as a volunteer judge for the high school Mock Trials Competition, as a mentee with UWA’s Blackstone mentoring program, and maintains active memberships with the Family Law Practitioners' Association WA and the Law Society WA.
