Colorintech is a Not for Profit organisation that aims to make the tech industry fair and accessible - we do this by supporting underrepresented individuals excel within their careers, through events, activities, and opportunities.

We do this through three pathways and a flagship event:

NXTGen: Aims to upskill and support underrepresented students into their first roles within the tech sector;
Advance: Aims to support underrepresented talent progress and advance within their tech careers;
#Build: Aims to support underrepresented founders navigate and accelerate the entrepreneur journey;
Black Tech Fest: Europe's premier Diversity event which celebrates inclusion and innovation to provide industry opportunities (www.blacktechfest.com)
