Need help to navigate the aged care system? If you or someone you know needs help at home and does not know where to get started this information session is for you. It will highlight the differences between the available government support programs that are available for help at home, designed to support elderly to stay in their own home and keep their independence.
In this presentation I will give information on how to get started all the steps you need to take to receive support at home.
Up to date information on the changes to the aged care system will be given.
