Explore how to set boundaries when dealing with hostility or bad-faith interactions
Provide techniques to stay calm, confident and in control during challenging situations
Offer insights on protecting your wellbeing while staying true to your message

Whether you're preparing to run for office, actively campaigning or looking to build your confidence in difficult conversations, this masterclass will equip you with practical tools to handle challenging situations with confidence.
