Navigating the Crossroads: Strengthening Disability and Mental Health

Do you work in the NDIS sector? Are you interested in connecting with people that share your same passion for caring and improving the life of people with mental health and disabilities in our community?

Join us for a networking event to promote a discourse on disability and mental health, sponsored by Senami Counselling and Psychotherapy Services.

This event will bring together mental health professionals, psychosocial disability providers, participants with lived experience, NDIS providers, sector leaders and community members to foster meaningful dialogue on the state of mental health support systems across South Australia.

We are honoured to have the Commissioner for Mental Health for South Australia, Taimi Allan, attending as our keynote speaker, who will be addressing current gaps in mental health support across government bodies and the NDIS, and exploring how providers can better collaborate to bridge these divides.

The event will provide an excellent opportunity for providers to connect with peers, exchange insights, and discuss key questions related to disability and mental health.

Our goal is to open up discourse on the functional impacts of psychosocial disability and strengthen collaboration between the NDIS and the South Australian mental health system.

Paid parking available on venue (29 AUD). Parking at the university of SA (20c per hour) through the parki App. Also, free on-street parking at Mawson lakes Interchange at 650mts.
