Are you a person passionate about accelerating change and making progress for gender equity?

Join us for an engaging afternoon as we explore the glass obstacle course that women face and the actions women and leaders can take to navigate it.  

This event will feature Kate Ramsay, an equal employment opportunity consultant. Her talk is followed by a networking session where you will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded people including students, researchers, entrepreneurs, and people in leadership roles. Your attendance will go into the running for door prizes.

About the speaker:

Kate Ramsay, Managing Director of AnD Leadership Consulting, has over 35 years of experience specializing in gender-based equal employment opportunity and leadership coaching. Starting her career as a nurse, she transitioned into EO consultancy, driven by her dedication to supporting women's advancement. Kate's expertise lies in empowering women in both professional and personal capacities. She is the author of "A Hell of a Lot of Glass: Achieving Gender Equality in the Workplaces of Australia," "Go with Love," a memoir, and co-author of "Barriers to Women Working in Corporate Management."
