Event description
This training course has been developed for new council, agency and private certifier staff that are required to interact with the NSW Planning Portal as part of their role.
This session will provide training for councils, certifiers and agencies including:
Navigating the dashboard
Explaining the difference between the ‘Active work’ and ‘Completed work’ tabs
Using the search or filter functions to find an application
Creating new applications
Updating your user profile information
